Services for International Students
The International Office has a team of dedicated experts to handle enquiries, applications and support students throughout the visa process. The University provides dedicated support for International students including advice on finance, welfare, careers and study support.
The University of Cumbria also offers a wide range of services to students, including a Personal Tutor, University chaplains, mental health and counselling service, peer mentoring, sports facilities and a Students’ Union.
An airport collection from either Manchester or Newcastle airport for new international students is also available, as well as a variety of courses for English language learners at all levels. This includes pre-sessional programmes, short courses etc.
