Cats College
Overview
With
a student community comprising over 50 nationalities, students at CATS College
enjoy living in an environment that encourages independence yet focuses on
academic excellence. Students can choose from a range of academic pathways
including A level, International Baccalaureate and Cambridge Pre-U selecting
the programme that best suits their university aspirations and particular strengths.
Our student success rate is high. In 2011, 48% of A level grades achieved were
A* or A at A level (UK national average is 27%). Students have achieved entry
to every Times Top 10 university in previous years including Cambridge, Oxford,
London School of Economics and Imperial College London.
College facilities reflect the significant investment at each CATS College
which now include personalised learning centres, quiet study areas, cinema area
(London) and refurbished accommodation of a high standard.
A range of sporting activities are available (driven by student demand) with
cultural and community activities forming a strong part of College life. Our
links with the University of Cambridge allow students to apply for membership
to the world famous Union Debating Society and leadership skills can be
developed through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme and the Student Council.

Entry Requirements
Most recent school transcripts will be required and all students and parents are encouraged to attend interview. IELTS scores will be required and students may be tested on arrival for these if not previously provided.
